The mind is like hurricane Katrina, for those in New Orleans, it was absolutely devastating. For those in Colorado or New York or other parts of the country, no effects were felt. The normal mind is taking up 100% of an individuals awareness, it is all they know, feel, see and deal with every single day, like being in New Orleans during Katrina but in this scenario Katrina never ends.
